MVAqua® Protective is a water-based protective fluid, made with synthetic plant oils which are proven to be non-toxic, biodegradable and suitable for indoor and outdoor applications. Our V-Active® technology provides the most innovative corrosion protection for metal and non-metal assets.
Recommended for hydrostatic test and preservation of valves, pumps, piping, pressure vessels, reactors and heat exchangers with lining, MVAqua® Protective requires no additional cleaning processes and equipment hibernation can be set without pressurization. There is no need for degreasing parts which results in operational cost and time reduction.
The outdoor applications include surface finishing and hydro blasting which do not require rinsing or drying, as the rust inhibitors prevent flash rusting after washing.
MVAqua® Protective has proven to be a highly effective cleaning and protective additive in low concentrations across many industries. Any remaining water with the protective does not need to be removed or dried and still hold protective properties.
